Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Oats- 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp strong coffee or esspresso, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp pea protein powder, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp vanilla; Cream Topping- 2 tbsp coconut cream, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup; cocoa powder for topping

Directions: Mix together all of the oats ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours. To make the cream topping mix together coconut cream and maple syrup. After oats have been sitting and softened up, take out of fridge add cream topping and sift over so unsweetened cocoa powder and enjoy!

Banana Bread Donuts w/ Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients: Donuts- 3/4 cups all purpose flour, 2 medium over-ripe bananas, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 flax egg, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional); Chocolate Glaze- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, 1 tbsp coconut oil

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas then add in the rest of th ingredients and mix together. The batter will have a thick consistency. Add batter to a plastic bag then snip a corner off and fill a donut mold pan that has be lightly greased. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool for another 10 after they come out of the oven. Microwave togther the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 sec intervals until compltely smooth and melted. Dip the top of the donut in the chocolate glaze and enjoy!


Banana Bread Donuts

Coconut Cookie Protein Bites

Ingredients: 3 tbsp almond flour, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp pea protein powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp pepitas, splash of almond milk as needed.

Directions: Mix all ingredients together, you might need to add a little bit of almond milk as needed until the dough is able to stick togther to form a ball. I did about 1.5-2 tbsp sized balls. Should make about 4-6 protein balls. Store in fridge until you are ready to eat them.
