The two most common brands of CPU are from AMD and Intel. Overall, each accomplish the same tasks but have their own slight advantages. For example, AMD processors are slightly better for gaming, while Intel processors are better at productivity and everyday use. Some key details to watch for is that the Intel processor is at least 10th generation or newer.
