Leo E. Solomon-Plains Elementary School

Leo E. Solomon-Plains Elementary School holds a special place in my educational journey. Situated in the heart of my hometown, it provided the first stepping stone in my pursuit of knowledge. It's where I took my first steps in the world of academia, laying the groundwork for the educational achievements that followed. This school was in walking distance from my house, and I have so many great memories walking to school with my friends every morning. Solomon was a good school for a young kid and had the essentials that I would take for granted like air conditioning.

James M Coughlin High School

James M Coughlin High School was my alma mater, where I spent four transformative years of my life. James M. Coughlin High School, located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, was officially opened in 1913. In other words, the building was ancient and was in operation for over 107 years when I graduated in 2020. I had some great and some absolutely horrific memories from this building. Overall, it was your typical gross and old high school; however, we made the best out of our situation. I graduated in the top five students in my graduating class, but that is all I care about educationally speaking. The most memorable parts of Coughlin were the 100,000 cockroaches you would see on a daily basis and the lack of air conditioning. We would absolutely sweat to death some days and have to leave the building for heat concerns. That is not to mention the structural instability and the library roof collapsing, to name a few.

King's College

Currently, I am pursuing my higher education journey at King's College, with a focus on Management and a concentration in Finance. King's College, known for its tradition of academic excellence, offers a diverse and dynamic learning environment. Anticipating graduation in 2024, I am also undertaking a minor in Computer and Information Systems, recognizing the ever-growing importance of technology in the business world. King's College is equipping me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the fields of management and finance while keeping me at the forefront of technological advancements. It's a thrilling chapter in my academic journey, and I look forward to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. Truthfully, I am just here because it is close and for the degree. I don't talk to people or really get the college experience. I go to class and then rush off of campus.
