Optional Toppings: Feel free to add any toppings of your choice! We recommend crushing a Thin Mint and spreading it on top, or adding sugar free cherry pie filling or sugar free chocolate sauce.

Step 1 — Preparing the Mix

In a container or shaker cup, add the following ingredients:

Add 240g Unsweetened Almond Milk.

Add 33g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder.

Add 10g Zero Sugar Chocolate Pudding Mix.

Add 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum.

Why these ingredients? The Pudding Mix and Xanthan Gum act as thickening agents, helping achieve that ice cream texture and consistency without the fat contents of regular milk or cream.

Step 2 — Freezing the Mix

Stir, shake, or blend the ingredients together until combined.

Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami mixing tub.

Place the tub into the freezer for a minimum of 24 hours.

Tip! Placing the tub in the freezer without a lid can reduce the hump that forms in the center. This can prolong the life of your machine and its paddles.

Step 3 — Spinning the Creami

Remove the tub from the freezer and let it thaw for 1-2 minutes.

Add a small splash of almond milk.

Insert the tub into the Ninja Creami and spin on the Ice Cream setting.

Tip! If you prefer a more soft serve-like consistency, do one more spin on the Respin setting.

To remove ice crystals, use a butter knife to scrape the insides of the tub.

With a spoon, make a small hole in the middle of the mixture.

Add 8g Thin Mints Seasoning Blend into the hole.

Cut 2 Thin Mints into 4 pieces each and add them to the hole.

Reinsert the tub into the Ninja Creami and spin on the Mix-ins setting.

Step 4 — Finishing Touches

Add any optional toppings you would like and enjoy! At How2Eats, we encourage culinary exploration — just make sure to read the ingredients and macronutrients of what you are adding.

Our Recommendations: Crush a Thin Mint and spread it on top, or try sugar free cherry pie filling or sugar free chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
Enjoy! 🍦
