American Civil Liberties Union
The ACLU is a nonprofit and non-partisan organization dedicated to defending the rights of all American citizens as promised to them in the United States Constitution. Most recently, they collected millions of dollars in donations to combat the executive order that attempted to restrict Muslims from entering the United States.
Planned Parenthood is a nonprofit organization which strives to provide and protect reproductive health care for citizens of the United States and of the world. Contrary to what some may believe, Planned Parenthood does not simply perform abortions, but also provides sexual education and helps in research towards reproductive technology.
Amnesty International is a nongovernmental organization which is primarily concerned with human rights and their protection. Amnesty is in staunch opposition to the rhetoric and policies put forth by the current administration in the United States government, and fights to end torture and the death penalty, as well as protect the rights of refugees, women, children, and minorities.
