1/4 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
1 35oz can of imported Italian tomatoes, Italian San Marzano tomatoes preferred
3 basil chopped leaves
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
salt & pepper to taste
- Mix garlic and cup of olive oil into large pan on stove.
- Turn heat on to medium and cook until garlic softens and lightly browns.
- Squeeze tomatoes and add to pan.
- Add seasoning (feel free to add your own) basil leaves, oregano, salt & pepper.
- Wait until boil, lower heat and cook for 20-25 min.
