Shenandoah, Pennsylvania is in Schuylkill County. It is the pierogie capital of the world, as it is home to Mrs. T's pierogies. At its greatest population (around the year 1902), Shenandoah was named the most congested square mile in the United States by Ripley's Believe It or Not.
